Crochet Workshop

 
This Saturday we're holding another beginners crochet workshop, in the shop at 2pm. All welcome.

As a complete beginner you will learn how to make a granny square, which you can make as large as you wish, and turn into a cushion cover or blanket. Hook & first ball of yarn will be provided and the cost is £7.50.

a garden square, like the one above or a  cobweb sqaure like the one below and I'll show you how to do these. Cost to second crochet workshop visitors £5.

Morning petal Firstly, Happy Mothering Sunday to all mums out there. Yesterday at our workshop we gave spring a helping hand, and made some blossom. It was a a relaxed afternoon of stamping & painting little bits of paper, which we then screwed up! I guess you had to be there. Anyway, I hope you'll agree the finish branches are very pretty. The artists at work! There we are, a small selection of our adorned twigs & branches. Simple, but effective. Wishing you all a lovely day.

Pretty flowers in her hair, pretty flowers every where.............. This Saturday our workshop is satin flower corsages. We start at 2pm and the cost is £8.00. You can make corsages for your coat, your hair, to tie around your wrist, onto presents, give as gifts - the list is endless. A useful trick to know how to do!
