A little comfort

One of our Knit & Natter members underwent major surgery just before Christmas, so over the holiday period the rest of us got together and made squares. We knitted or crocheted in our own choice of colours and weights, reflecting our individual styles.

We then gathered a few members together for the sewing up. Not as easy as you might think! We decided to crochet it together in black to define the outlines of each square, and the go around the staggered edge in a similar way.

The result was pretty good we thought.

So we wrapped it up and delivered it.
