Cover story

Cover stories were the order of the day today at our workshop for removable slip covers, for journal and diaries.

It was generally agreed that it was lovely to be able to do a bit of uninterrupted sewing. Most people managed to finish their cover, with just one or two taking them home to complete.

Here's what we made.....

 
Country bunting made this such a pretty cover.

 
Made for her animal loving granddaughter, these pussy cats are sure to raise a smile.

 
All of the covers were lined with contrasting fabrics.

 
This cover had a cute little slot for a pen.

 
Not quite finished, but you know it's going to be useful with its pockets and tapes.

 
With more than a nod to Cath Kidston, this cover is going to be a really girly delight.
