Stained glass Sunday

Following our visit from local stained glass artist Nikki Coombs, last year, we were eager to have her back again. This time we thought it would be fun to make some glass bunting, threaded together with pretty ribbon. Here are a couple of pictures of how we got on.

 
The ladies chose their colours, cut them into triangles and wrapped the edges in copper wire. Out with the soldering iron and tah dah...........................

 
 
That was just a few of the things made. As you can see not everyone stuck to the bunting theme but everyone had a lovely day and are all keen for Nikki to return.
