Because I felt like it!

'Not more yarn' cried Jane as I arrived up at the shop with the latest delivery.

It's true, we are running out of space, but it looked so yummy I couldn't resist.

Wet wet wet After last Sunday's beautiful frosty start, I'm sorry to say it's mild & wet today. The dogs and I delayed our 7 O'clock start by an hour to allow the torrential downpour to pass, and then set of to witness the aftermath. Flooded roads Burst river banks And flooded fields. The dogs were put out that 'paddling' was not allowed today. Anyway, my thoughts turned to the hunter gatherer in me and I began looking for Rosehips. Easy to recognise & good to turn into Rosehip syrup. I must warn you it doesn't taste like the Delrosa of our childhoods,...

Happy Birthday to Knit & Natter It's hard to believe that a whole year has gone by since we began K&N with just myself and 4 others. We are now twice a week & regularly have 12 or more ladies on a Tuesday. We were unusually only 10 last night, but that just made second helpings of cake an unexpected treat!
